Angel-Album The Casablanca Years (Box Set: 7 CD). Género: Pop/Rock internacional. Descubierta por Gene Simmons de Kiss, la vestimenta de Angel, todos de blanco, contrastaba deliberadamente con Kiss, que vestían de negro. Angel lucía una imagen andrógina con elaboradas puestas en escena. Aunque no tuvieran el éxito de Kiss, a lo largo de los años crece un gran culto en torno al grupo, que recientemente han vuelto para algún show y concierto en solitario. Su primer álbum fue el autodenominado Angel (1975) y estaba compuesto por el guitarrista Punky Meadows, el bajista Mickie Jones, el vocalista Frank DiMino, a los teclados Gregg Giuffria y el baterista Barry Brandt. Formación que seguirá con los dos álbumes siguientes, Helluva Band (1976) y On Earth as It Is in Heaven (1977), después Jones sería remplazado por Felix Robinson. Está colección es la primera en reunir todos los discos bajo el sello Casablanca, junto a un disco de rarezas y versiones alternativas. El experto en el grupo, Dave Reynolds, ha elaborado unas hojas para el libreto que ofrece una gran visión de la historia del grupo, con 28 páginas cargadas de fotos inéditas y memorabilia de la banda.
